YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
VERY IMPORTANT: Portable Winch Co. cannot accept responsibility for any damage occurring after a customer has signed for products delivered in good condition
Upon receipt of your order, check that you have received the correct number of packages and that they are undamaged. If any packages are missing or damaged, notify the driver immediately and make sure he/she is aware of the missing packages and any damage before signing. It is also advisable to take photos of the packages.
Upon receipt of the order, ensure that the contents of each package match the packing slip and that no product is missing. Before contacting us, please contact the carrier who delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. Portable Winch Co. cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred after a customer has signed for products delivered in good condition.

Returned products must be approved by us before shipment
Products must be returned for a refund or exchange within 25 days of receipt
Refunds only cover the cost of the products. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Products must be unused or defective to be returned and refunded. Products that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
